The Faena Residences are slated to feature 440 luxury units within two interconnected towers at 90 Southwest Third Street, a location previously designated for One River Point by KAR Properties.
Before his passing, acclaimed architect Rafael Viñoly designed the distinctive towers in our upcoming project. These towers, soon to be connected by an elegant sky bridge, reflect Fortune's partnership with us established in late 2022.

Fortune International Group and KAR Properties recently secured a $38 million credit facility from Bank OZK to facilitate sales and marketing endeavors.
Originally unveiled in 2014 by Shahab Karmely, the project's twin towers stand 60 stories high.
